Weapons Seminar on Saturday 4th June.
Thankyou to everyone that attended the weapons seminar on saturday! It was a great day, with all ages turning out to learn from each other. We saw some fantastic Bo staff, Hanbo, Knife, and Stick techniques, as well as how to deal with multiple attackers!
