Classes are designed to be invigorating and enjoyable. Providing you with all the essential alignment techniques needed to build a strong and supple body. Our teachers are dedicated yoga instructors who are passionate about yoga and keen to pass on their knowledge. They are trained in various styles of yoga to provide a balanced and broad skill set to the classes, while nurturing and guiding you through to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

While yoga is very effective in providing the body with stretching and strengthening, it is also a vehicle for contemplation and reflection by providing meditation and calming of the mind. You are welcome to join in our classes and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Each session includes relaxation, awareness, breathing, postures, and balance, offering a fulfilling and peaceful experience. No need to book. Mats provided or bring your own.

HERE ARE SOME TIPS !

Clothing should be loose & comfortable, to allow easy movement of the body. In the cooler months, have socks and jumper on hand for the relaxation, to keep you warm.

Do Your Best, as self-effort is a Yoga discipline. No matter how many times you have practised a posture. Experiment within the yoga postures to discover how it best suits you.

Concentrate on your Breathing in each of the Yoga postures. Your breath will help your body relax and keep the mind focused. Nothing will inhibit steady progress if you maintain Breath Awareness.

No pushing or forcing into stretches, which means, don't work beyond the limitations of your own body. The emphasis is on 'letting go' rather than pushing the body through borders of pain.

Be Aware during the class. Heighten your senses to areas of tension in your body.

Rest when you need to! Use resting time to reflect and absorb your Yoga experience
